The mission of Rotary International, a worldwide association of Rotary clubs, is to provide service to others, to promote high ethical standards, and to advance world understanding, goodwill, and peace through its fellowship of business, professional, and community leaders.

The Lynchburg Rotary Club meets on the second and fourth Tuesday of every month at noon at Cattle Annie’s in Lynchburg, Virginia. The Lynchburg Rotary Club abides by the Four-Way Test.

Haitian Earthquake Outreach

 
The Lynchburg Rotary Club is sending a ShelterBox to the survivors of the 2010 Haitian earthquake.  ShelterBox responds to natural and manmade disasters by delivering boxes of aid to those who are most in need.  Each box supplies an extended family of up to 10 people with a tent and essential equipment to use while they are displaced or homeless.  If you would like to make a donation to help the Lynchburg Rotary Club send a second ShelterBox to Haiti, please make your check payable to the Lynchburg Rotary Foundation and mail to the Club’s attention at P.
